Coupon Clipper: When you purchase something entirely with a GC (gift card)(no OOP) do you include it in your spending/saving?

Me: Yep, I include that as a savings- especially since I have either earned the GC from savvy shopping ($5 GC @ Target), or through transferring a prescription! I also will purchase a store gift card for myself if I have earned rebates in the form of a GC or if I have won a gift card, like the cereal box sweeps last summer!
