Pizza
I posted earlier in the week about my purchasing fresh pizza dough at a local Italian market.
This is the pizza that I made! By my calculations it only cost $1.95!!! And it was DELICIOUS!!!
This sure beats ordering a Jet's Pizza for $12!
If you live near Middlebelt and 7 Mile stop by Cantoro's Market and try making your own pizza from their dough!

Have you seen the book "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes A Day" by Jeff Hertzberg? I have been making my own dough that can be used for bread loaves, baguettes, pitas, or pizza dough. Thought you might like to check it out.
