First of all- KMarts prices are already jacked up!!!

And yep, it looks like a $4 coupon will be an $8 coupon!

I just went to www.kmart.com and the weekly add for next week is posted...it looks like they are only doubling up to $2 coupons in my area (Bloomfield Hills).

FYI - After I read this post and saw that the GR area stores' ads only say they're doubling up to $2, I emailed corporate, and this is their response:

"Thank you for contacting Kmart regarding the Kmart Double Coupon Event.
We appreciate your interest in this promotion. We invite you to visit
any of the participating stores. The following Michigan Kmart locations
are participating in the Triple Coupons (up to 75 cents) and Double
Coupon Event (up to $4): Burton, Flint, Fenton, Corunna, Lapeer, Grand
Blanc, Clio."

Bummer for us Grand Rapids people, but I guess I won't complain about doubling up to $2!

You could just plan for a LONG trip and bring your coupon box with you...

I went to the Troy K-Mart today. No tripling coupons, and only doubling up to $2. But I still saved $65 with coupons...and that was just my first trip this week. You can only use 25 coupons per day, so I have to spread out my thrills. :-)
