I know isn't she great! I love her too! And now that they are training a new manager there, I love her even more! She has really been a HUGE help when I have gone in there lately with coupons. :O) She knows the program really well and if the manager in training isn't sure what is going on she has been there to help. Actually everyone there is pretty awsome. :O)

Do you really mean that she's your favorite? Usually when you put something in quotes like that it's to signify that you actually mean the opposite of what you are saying. You don't seem like the type of person who would do something that mean, so I thought I'd point it out. I'd hate her to see it and think you were being sarcastic calling her your 'favorite' like you really don't like her at all.
