Hello Laura,

I already replied to your response but it did not appear to post. I wanted to say thank you for answering my question. I will for sure be contacting kraft and meijer's corporate. I did fill out the survey from the bottom of the receipt but I don't expect too much from that. I saved the coupons and my receipt because I hope they will reimburse me at some point. I also agree that I have had bad luck at that particular location. I have another meijer the same distance from my house so I might switch to that store. I also wanted to say congratulations on the new baby. I am sure your whole family is very excited. I hope your feeling well!

Wow! I'd be upset too! Personally, I'd call Kraft myself and re-verify that the coupon wasn't fraudulent (just so you have a leg to stand on) and then I'd call Meijer's corporate and calmly explain that you've been unfairly accused and that you feel like your store needs to be re-educated in coupon redemption and customer service with respect!

I have a ? about the kraft $5 off 5 coupon. I printed out four and went to go use two of them today and was accused of printing fraudulent coupons.I was shocked and appalled at the way I was treated at the meijer I shop at. I have spent alot of money there over the years with our family of five. I used a coupon last week that I received from P&G for an oil of olay product I had complained about and the same manager accused me of fraud then too. I told her that the blue coupon that was mailed to me had a hologram on it and it was valid. Being that it was not in her monster book of fraud coupons, she allowed it. I have used coupons honestly for years and now I am very upset at the accustions. I understand that a few bad apples ruin it for the bunch but this is out of hand. The entire store(cashiers, managers,etc..) are going way overboard on this issue. Is there some sort of coupon fraud frenzy I am unaware about? The manager told me that they contacted Kraft and it was indeed fake but how could that be when it was on their site?
