I headed out to our local farmer's market for the first time today too. It's been open on Saturdays for months but I just haven't had the time in our schedule to get there. I was really happy with the variety and prices. I picked up a quart of cherry tomatoes, 3 lbs. of potatoes, 6 ears of corn and a huge bag of green beans for $9.50. Much cheaper than my local store and I know that the produce is completely fresh. I will definitely be heading back there next week!
Love your fruit and veggie haul! We are lucky enough to have an indoor year round farmer's market and my son thinks he owns the place. It's a great weekly trip for us and saves so much money!
